I avoided the dentist for many years because of past trauma, Coming back after so long with so much anxiety the team was so supportive. Doctor Antabi Listened to every concern that I had, even the crazy ones like if the filling material was going to give me cancer ha ha. The x-ray technician Tori Was beyond helpful and understanding, I’m never able to get x-rays done without gagging, and I didn’t gag even once with her! Overall, I felt Not just heard but listened to. I also have a rare condition which causes lidocaine resistance, and they were able to compensate by giving me a higher dose than usual of lidocaine and it was the first time I’ve ever had a pain-free experience at the dentist in my life. I went in for a checkup and we found a cracked filling. Two hours later I walked out with a new crown on that tooth. One visit and it was done.
