From start to finish this was THEE BEST experience I have had with a dentist. The ladies at the front desk being so warm and welcoming to Angela the dental assistant, talking me through each step. And not just descriptions! Encouragements!!! Fear has kept me away from dentists due to poor experiences. God certainly has a way of healing because he has restored my faith in quality dental care. The wonderful experience I had with Dr. Arfan I won’t ever forget. I was terrified by his presence entering the room!! His calm demeanor accompanied by light humor kept me feeling comfortable and confident! Yes, confident. And when it came time to do the hard part (discuss financials) , I wasn’t given a list of costs and waved off. I was given HOPE! Hope That somehow some way we would all find a way to getting me the help I need. I didn’t feel ALONE in this struggle. God has been holding my hand through this process and placed me in the best hands. I would recommend to ANYONE! Especially a person with nerves. They certainly catered to this coward. I left smiling and believing that I’m in good hands here forward. And that I will smile ear to ear again. Smiles affect the self esteem. My self esteem was in the ground! Non existent. Than Turlock Smiles happened. Grateful to the staff because they gave back to me with passion. Not because it was their job or title to. There IS a difference between one’s work and career. This staff loves what they do and make it their mission to RESTORE SMILES. I’m a witness and benefactor of such wonderful services. I don’t feel like a patient, I feel like Im apart of a family or team. You cant pretend that or fake it. The love is most definitely there! It’s all I felt.
